Goodbye Jack & May!
Tonight we went out for dinner with our good friends, Jack and May. They have been so wonderful to us during our time in Taiwan and we will miss them. However, they are actually also 'kiwis'! And in a few years hope to retire to NZ!
They took us to a fantastic Chinese restaurant and then to a Taiwanese Ice Cream shop. The food was amazing and we stuffed ourselves silly!

The great thing about this restaurant is that you can have food from all over China! Yum yum!
This delicious stuff is Taiwanese Ice Cream. It is shaved ice topped with fruit, sorbet and sweetened condensed milk. Hao Chi! (Delicious!)
